Getting Started

Welcome to Nexus! This guide will help you get started with the Nexus Chat Widget and API.

Quick Start

1. Get Your Experience ID

Contact your Knowbl or Workspace administrator to obtain an Experience ID. This unique identifier connects your widget to your knowledge base.

2. Add the Widget Script

Add the widget script to your HTML:

<script src="http://localhost:3001/widget.umd.js"></script>

3. Initialize the Widget

Add this JavaScript to initialize the widget:

window.NexusChatWidget.init({
  experienceId: "your-experience-id",
  apiUrl: "http://localhost:3001",
  theme: "light",
});

That’s it! Your chat widget is now live on your site.
